XPG power supply Core Reactor 850W

XPG continues cooperating with CWT (Channel Well Technology), one of the best PSUs OEMs, responsible for many high-end units of today’s market. CWT provides the Core Reactor II line and consists of five models with capacities ranging from 650W to 1200W, so there is a suitable Core Reactor II unit for every system. These are ATX v3.0 compatible PSUs, but I am sure they will soon be upgraded to ATX v3.1 through a 12V-2×6 header on their modular panels; the only change required. I hope that XPG won’t lower the hold-up time by using lower capacity bulk caps since the new ATX spec is looser in this regard for unknown, at least to me, reasons. The XPG Core Reactor II 850W that I will test today has enough capacity to power a potent gaming system, and thanks to its compact footprint and the fully modular cable design, the installation procedure will be easy.
